Who we are

OurNave is a product of Internet E-Business, LLC, a New York company. If you have a question about this policy or about your data, email [email protected].

Your account

You create an account with an email address and a name, either with a password or by signing in with Google. Accounts and sign-in are handled for us by Supabase.

Once you are in, we store what you put into the app: your wedding details, tasks, budget, vendor list, seating plan, and the messages and notes you write.

Guest information you give us about other people

When you build a guest list you give us information about people who are not OurNave users: their names, contact details, meal choices, dietary notes and RSVP responses. Please treat this as data you are responsible for collecting from your guests.

We use it only to run your wedding tools: RSVP links, seating, and day of check-in. We never market to your guests.

AI features

The AI planner, guest list import, vendor email import and weather features send the text you provide to third-party AI model providers, reached through a model router called OpenRouter, in order to generate a result. Those providers process your text to return a response. Your text is not used to train models.

As with any service provider, do not paste anything into these features that you would not be comfortable sharing with one.

Email

Transactional email, such as invitations and RSVP confirmations, is delivered through our email providers.

Text messages

If you check "Text me when a task is assigned to me," OurNave sends you texts about your tasks in a wedding party - when a task is assigned to you and when it is coming due. Message frequency varies with how many tasks you have. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. You can also email [email protected].

Only you can turn text messages on for your own number. Someone inviting you to a wedding can enter your phone number, but they cannot consent for you - texts stay off until you turn them on yourself.

We do not sell your phone number. Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your number goes only to the provider that delivers the messages, and only to deliver them.

Cookies and local storage

Your sign-in session and a few small preferences, such as a pending invite you have not accepted yet, are kept in your browser's local storage. There are no third-party advertising trackers on this site.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and our own first-party analytics, which stores a random visitor and session identifier in your browser. These identifiers are not tied to your name or email unless you submit a form, and they are never sold or shared with advertisers.

Hosting

Our servers and database are hosted with cloud providers in the United States.

The vendor directory

Business listings in the directory are compiled and verified by us from each business's own public website. They are not submitted by the businesses themselves.

If a listing about your business is wrong, or you would rather not be listed, email [email protected] and we will correct or remove it.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Email [email protected] to delete your account and the data in it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
