OurNave is operated by Internet E-Business, LLC, a New York company. Using the site or the app means you accept these terms.

What OurNave is

OurNave is a personal wedding planning tool for couples and the people helping them: tasks, budget, vendors, guests, seating and notes in one shared place. It is provided as-is, for personal wedding planning, with no guarantee of availability, accuracy or any particular outcome.

We are not a party to any contract you sign with a vendor. Reviewing agreements, deposits and payments is yours to do.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the invitations and RSVP links you send.

Acceptable use

Please do not scrape, crawl or bulk-copy the site or the directory, do not misuse RSVP or invitation links, do not attempt to reach accounts or data that are not yours, and do not upload unlawful content or use OurNave to break the law.

The vendor directory

Directory listings are compiled by us from public sources, chiefly each business's own website, and are provided as-is. A listing is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or a business relationship between that vendor and OurNave.

Featured listings are the only paid placement we offer, and they are always labeled as featured. Nothing else about the order of results is for sale.

Intellectual property

The site, its content and its software are ours. Vendor names, logos and marks belong to the businesses that own them, and appear in the directory only to identify those businesses.

What you write in your own plan stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it so the app can work for you and the people you invite.

Termination

You can stop using OurNave at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
